WP9 MASTER FEASIBILITY AND SUSTAINABILITY

This WP will focus on preparing the tools for implementing the new Joint European Master Degree on Mouse Precision Pathobiology. In order to achieve this goal PATHBIO will focus on the following main activities:

• Academic feasibility. The work carried out in WP7 should be translated into a legal and recognised European Master program. Partner universities will work to ensure the accreditation and recognition of the new programme.

• An Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree application will be prepared during the second year of this project to reinforce the European dimension and to ensure the financial viability of the Master program.

• Financial sustainability. Contacts with donors and other potential private sponsors will be explored for their economic contribution to the Master program, and especially for launching scholarships for economically disadvantaged students.
